Most of the articles I've read that promise an easy way to earn
money online are bogus. I think you'll probably agree... your experience
has been the same as well, right? After all, earning money online or
off is WORK, and there are very few opportunities in life that you can
step right into, and start counting your cash from day 1.
There ARE some, however. And the good news is, in the online universe, there are a few very simple techniques that can literally have you hit the ground running and START earning real money, legitimately... within your first week or 2.
I'm only going to cover ONE of these below, but I'll list a few others as well, as they work... I've used them myself, and have written about them at length in the past.
Article marketing for selling affiliate products is one.
Using content marketing to build a list, and then selling a service to that list soon thereafter, is another.
Both of these work really, really well... and I've used the above approach in my own business for years.
I want to give you another idea though. One that's not only easy to implement, and 100% legitimate, it's actually much EASIER than the 2 simple ideas I outlined above.
The idea can be distilled into 2 words:
Build Something.
And then of course, sell what you build.
Let's look at a very concrete example.
Right now, in your local community, there are hundreds of unclaimed domain names that have hyper relevant geographical value.
Maybe it's your town, and the phrase "real estate".
Maybe it's your city, and the word "lawyer".
If you find evergreen niches, markets and industries where REAL professionals in the "real world" operate, and find domain names that are valuable on their face... and unregistered, you take them.
But you DON'T stop there.
Instead, you build them up.
Install a blog.
Install an opt in form.
Add content that is geographically specific.
Simply look at it as if you were buying a piece of "REAL" real estate... and improve it accordingly.
You can literally do all of this in a matter of 4-6 hours. (including adding content, both curated and original)
Next, you simply contact folks in that niche, in your area... and offer them the prize for a price!
You can advertise your domain on Craigslist, Back Page and similar sites for free.
You can email other local players in the market directly. You can call them. Send postcards or a hand written letter... it doesn't matter.
If you do the above, you WILL sell sites, simply because your audience understands they have value.
$150 a day? That's on the exceptionally low side. Why? How many websites with a premium local domain name sell for $150? Not many... especially if you improve them properly as above.
Remember, you can sell back end services too, and REALLY make a great full time living really, really quickly. SEO, article marketing, consulting, social media management, Facebook page building, you name it... you can do it, and starting with a simple site sale, you can open BIG doors, very quickly and have a lot of fun to boot! (no "gurus" required)
